- Paste the widget code into the HTML block
- Save and publish your changes
- Wix:

- Shopify:
- Go to your theme customization
- Add a "Custom HTML" section
- Paste the widget code
- Save the changes
- Custom Website:
- Open your webpage's HTML file
- Locate where you want the widget to appear
- Paste the code between the
<body>tags - Save and upload the changes to your server
Important Notes:
- The widget works on both public pages and pages behind login walls
- Compatible with most major website platforms and custom websites
- The webpage address must exactly match what you entered in your dashboard
- After installation, test the widget to confirm it’s displaying properly
Troubleshooting Tips:
- If the widget doesn't appear, verify the webpage address matches exactly
- Check that both code snippets are properly pasted (widget div and script)
- Ensure your website allows custom HTML/JavaScript
- Clear your browser cache if changes don't appear immediately
When your trial expires or subscription is canceled:
- The widget will display an expiration message instead of the feature request form
- The message will inform users that the subscription has expired and provide a link to renew
- To maintain a clean user experience, we recommend removing the widget code from your webpage if you don't plan to renew
- Steps to remove the widget:
- Locate the widget code in your webpage's HTML
- Remove both the widget container
<div id="feature-request-widget"></div>and the associated script tags - Save and republish your webpage
Important Note:
- The widget code will not automatically remove itself after trial expiration or cancellation
- When the trial expires without purchase, the widget shows an expiration message with a renewal link
- For the best user experience, remove the widget code if you decide not to purchase a subscription
- If you purchase a subscription later (during or after trial), the widget will become functional again without needing to reinstall the code
