Our platform enables organizations to make data-driven decisions about product development based on user feedback and engagement metrics.

  • Voting and engagement tracking
  • Integration tools and API access
  • Customization options for widget appearance

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

  • Users must create an account to access the platform
  • We offer a single annual subscription plan
  • Users must provide accurate account information
  • Users are responsible for maintaining account security
  • One subscription is valid for one webpage, with the ability to change the webpage address during the subscription year
  • After subscription cancellation:
    • The widget will remain visible but non-functional on your webpage
    • Users are responsible for removing the widget code from their webpage
    • The widget code does not automatically remove itself
    • For optimal user experience, remove the widget code promptly if not planning to renew

4. User Content and Rights

  • Users retain rights to their submitted feature requests and feedback
  • Organizations can manage and moderate submitted content
  • Public feature requests may be visible to other users
  • We may feature exemplary use cases with permission
  • Users grant us license to display and process submitted content

5. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • Submit inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Share account access with unauthorized users
  • Attempt to reverse engineer our services
  • Use the service for spam or harassment
  • Manipulate voting or engagement metrics
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the widget or platform

6. Data and Privacy

  • User data is protected using industry-standard security measures
  • Organizations are responsible for their users' data privacy
  • We comply with applicable data protection regulations
  • Users can request data export or deletion
  • Widget integration must comply with host website's privacy policy

7. Intellectual Property

  • Our platform, brand, and widget code are protected by copyright
  • Organizations receive a license to use our widget on their domains
  • API usage is subject to our API terms and rate limits
  • Custom widget themes remain property of the creating organization
  • Feature request content ownership is retained by submitters

8. Limitation of Liability

FeaturAsk provides feature request collection tools but is not responsible for:

  • Implementation of suggested features
  • Accuracy of user feedback or suggestions
  • Development decisions based on collected data
  • Integration issues with third-party services
  • Content moderation by organizations
  • Host website compatibility issues

9. Service Level and Support

  • Service Availability:
    • We strive to maintain maximum uptime and service availability
    • Our platform relies on industry-standard third-party services
    • Due to dependency on third-party services, we cannot guarantee specific uptime levels
    • Service interruptions may occur due to factors beyond our direct control
  • Support is provided via email during business hours
  • Critical issues are addressed with priority
  • API rate limits apply based on subscription tier
  • Regular maintenance windows are scheduled with notice

10. Billing and Refunds

Our billing and refund policies include:

  • Subscription Model:
    • We offer annual subscriptions only
    • One subscription is valid for one webpage
    • The webpage address can be changed unlimited times during the subscription year
    • Subscriptions automatically renew annually unless cancelled
  • Refund Policy:
    • 7-Day Money Back Guarantee on new annual subscriptions
    • Refunds are only provided in two cases:
      • Within 7 days of starting a new annual subscription
      • In case of incorrect charges or billing errors on our part
    • No other refunds are offered under any circumstances
  • Money Back Guarantee Terms:
    • Must request refund within 7 days of starting the annual subscription
    • Refund requests must be submitted through:
      • Help page support ticket system, or
      • Email to support@featurask.com
    • Cancellations after 7 days will be charged for the full year and service will continue until the end of the paid period
  • Payment Information:
    • Customers are responsible for maintaining current and valid payment information
    • Outdated or invalid payment information may result in service interruption
    • To avoid losing feature requests and upvotes data, ensure your payment method is always up to date

11. Termination and Data Retention

  • We may terminate accounts for terms violation
  • Users can cancel their subscription at any time
  • Data Retention After Cancellation:
    • Feature requests and upvotes data will be retained for 30 days after subscription cancellation
    • After 30 days, all feature requests and upvotes data will be permanently deleted
    • Deleted data cannot be retrieved or restored after this period
    • We strongly recommend exporting all important data before cancellation or within the 30-day retention period
  • Access to the platform ends immediately upon subscription termination
  • Preventing Data Loss:
    • Keep payment methods current to avoid service interruption
    • Update payment information promptly when receiving payment failure notifications
    • Monitor subscription status and expiration dates

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
